Kelly and Kenny Get Married!!!

Kelly and Kenny married at the GORGEOUS Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club on August 20th, 2011! Both Kelly and Kenny looked amazing and there wedding was also! They chose fun, bright colors of dark purple and a burnt orange. Both huge Giant's fans, they added little details to show their enthusiasm for the game with a custom made cake topper resembling them with Giant's shirts, table names with favorite Giant's team members, and even Kenny getting a bit of his love for the Giant's in his vows ;) I'm so blessed to work with such amazing brides and grooms, both Kenny and Kelly are on the top of this list. And also, a special thank you to Melissa Morelli for capturing their special day with me! I wish Kelly and Kenny a joyous future together, and thank you for letting me share in your special day!! I've had the pleasure of working with Mr. Keaton 2 years in a row now, I can't get enough his BLOND hair, and cute personality to match! Keaton's grandma wanted to do this years session in his home, which is currently for sale. She felt it would be nice to have some shots of him there for memories.
I approached this session like a "lifestyle" shoot. That basically means spending time with your client's in their home just snapping pictures of their day to day life. Almost like a documentary, very candid, real.
Keaton was more than happy to show me around his home, read some books and play some pool and baseball! We ended the shoot on his front porch with him eating a fresh lemon off of their lemon tree. It was too funny to see his expressions as he ate his lemon! Thank you Keaton and Melodee for allowing me into your homes once more to capture Keaton..........so fun watching my clients grow! XO

Petaluma California Engagement Photographer- Myla & Jeff

First off, let me tell you what a blast it was to work with both Myla and Jeff! Myla has the funniest laugh and personality. Being around her, you cannot help but smile and laugh along with her! I've know both of these two since highschool, and we have spent some time together since then. I was psyched when they asked me to photograph their wedding! Working with friends is always fun............it makes it not like "work" at all!

For their E-session, we kept it local in beautiful Petaluma. We headed over to St. Vincent's church to use their amazing steps, doors and architecture as a backdrop. Then we headed over to Walnut Park to have some fun on the grass and the cute gazebo there. Last, for an urban feel, only the little alley ways of downtown Petaluma would work. Complete with ivy, bricks and a little graffiti.

October 1st can not get here soon enough you two! Can't wait for the big day! XO
